Repair or Replace Downed Fence Rails and PostsWe have all seen deer running through our yards and jumping over our fences. Unfortunately, though, they also tend to knock down loose rails and rotted posts. Make sure you replace downed fence rails and posts when you notice them to keep our neighborhood looking good. |

Speed Limit is 25 MPHThe speed limit in our residential neighborhood is 25 MPH. Please drive safely and be mindful of your neighbors who are out walking, running, biking, and the children waiting for school buses and playing throughout our community. |

Approval Required For All Exterior Changes or AdditionsIf you are making any exterior changes or additions to your house or property, you must submit your plan to the Architectural and Environmental Review Committee (AERC) and allow 30 days for review and approval before you begin work. Guidance on the AERC process and the modification proposal checklist form are posted online. |
